Kailua, Oʻahu — Thirty-six Kailua area afterschool students started the Hawaii Aquatics Academy’s Aquatic Safety Education Program today. Over the next five weeks, the students will participate in four hours of learn-to-swim lessons at the Kailua District Park Pool.
